| Q: OWNERSHIP OF THE FILES? A: It is our policy to turn over all finished art on a final CD at the culmination of the work. However, there are some Federal copyright laws and contractual terms that come into play. When stock images are utilized, including Royalty Free images, your usage is subject to the terms of the stock company’s contract. We read the fine print and will advise you on the terms of any contract we negotiate on your behalf. |
